History

NASS Bath was formed on 9th June 1981 and is the oldest branch of the ‘National Axial Spondyloarthritis Society’, please look at www.nass.co.uk for lots of information on axial spondyloarthritis. There are now over 75 NASS branches nationwide.

The branch aims to give members weekly access to exercise and hydrotherapy.

Our Wednesday evening meetings were initially held in The Mineral Hospital, before moving to the Royal United Hospital in 1988 where we still meet today.

We are fortunate to be able to use the new Therapies centre with it’s fantastic large hydrotherapy pool and well equipped gym.

If you have a diagnosis of Axial Spondyloarthritis and would like to benefit from our services, please contact us.
